Quality Assurance Testers

As a QA Tester, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the software our clients rely on is reliable, user-friendly, and meets expectations. You’ll work on a range of projects—executing manual and automated tests, identifying issues early, and helping improve products before they reach end users.

Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and supporting documents to create comprehensive test cases and scripts.
- Perform both manual and automated testing on software features and bug fixes.
- Conduct both white box, grey box and black box testing methodologies to thoroughly assess software behavior.
- Review program code to ensure code quality.
- Query and analyze databases to validate data and support testing activities.
- Log detailed defects with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, or video evidence.
- Maintain clear, organized records of test documentation and related assets.
- Work effectively within both Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies.
- Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post go-live activities.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including project managers, software developers, business analysts, and end users.
- Participate in team and project meetings, both virtually and in person.
- Support initiatives to improve QA processes and broaden test coverage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other relevant field.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in manual and/or automated QA testing; recent graduates with relevant coursework or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient with bug tracking tools such as Jira, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Intermediate programming or scripting skills, or eagerness to develop these skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to critically evaluate and question requirements.
- Well-organized, adaptable, and motivated to learn and grow within the role.
- Experience with financial or investment systems is a plus but not required.
